Media: Digital media photographs or images you send to photo fantastic restorations maybe used to show the work that has been undertaken including before and after completion by Photo Fantastic Restorations . if you do not wish to have any image on our site please state this at the time of hire but if you change your mind at anytime you must request Photo Fantastic Restorations to take down the image and this will be undertaken without any financial loss to Photo Fantastic Restoration or any action brought about by you the client or any third body regardless. this will be completed within 14 days of your dated Written notice or email date as received and acknowledged.

Safe care of your photographs

If you deliver any photographic or physical image directly to Photo Fantastic Restorations premises, Photo Fantastic Restorations will take due care to keep it/them safe while the media is being restored, however if the item is held within a frame or under broken glass, Photo Fantastic Restorations will need to remove them/it from the damaged frame or container to be able to scan the media in question, We recommend you remove any photo or media prior to visiting Photo Fantastic before we undertake restoration of the images, however if you give us permission to remove damaged photographs/images or items from the damaged frames Photo Fantastic Restorations can not be held responsible for any further damage that could occur unintentionally by doing so, this includes removal of backing material, screws ,nails, staples,any fixings and frames. great care is taken with your photographs or media but the processes involved require scanning, if you do not wish for Photo Fantastic Restoration to remove from containment of your media,a non-evasive approach maybe required this will be a greater expense and will involve photographic reproduction instead of scanning.

Images protected by copyright laws cannot be modified or reproduced without permission. Any professional photograph is under the photographer’s copyright and requires their consent for reproduction, usually for a fee. Unauthorized reproduction may lead to legal action by the photographer. By submitting photographs to us for restoration or reproduction as photo gifts, you affirm that no copyright is being infringed. Photo Fantastic Restorations will not be liable to you or any third party for copyright infringement, even if the loss or damage was foreseeable or brought to the attention of Photo Fantastic Restorations. You will be responsible for any copyright claims that arise.

Letters: Any written correspondence is shredded after order completion unless kept for legal purposes.

Privacy and Images

Customer details are kept strictly confidential and are not sold to third parties. By using Photo Fantastic Restorations, you grant us the right to use your images on this site for promotional material unless you notify us in writing otherwise. We value your privacy and will not use names to maintain confidentiality. Images will be archived for 30 days in case customers need further reworking or reprints. After this period, a retrieval fee of £10 GBP will be charged if an image is requested. after 40 days images will be deleted.

Contact Forms: When visitors use our contact form, the data is pushed to our email system. This data is retained for cohesive replies and administrative, legal, or security purposes. Payment data needed for purchases is processed through PayPal; their privacy policy can be found here.*
